Senior Manager — OT Cyber Security

Lead complex client engagements. Shape security strategy. Help grow an OT consulting practice.

An opportunity for an established OT Security consultant to combine technical leadership with senior client advisory, team development and business growth.

You’ll work with organisations whose industrial systems underpin production and essential services, helping them strengthen cyber resilience while protecting safety, availability and operational continuity.

The role

  • Lead OT/ICS security engagements, from assessments and strategy through to architecture and implementation guidance.
  • Advise senior stakeholders on industrial cyber risk, investment priorities and practical security improvements.
  • Translate findings into clear roadmaps that engineering, operations and security teams can deliver.
  • Coach consultants and maintain the quality of client delivery.
  • Develop propositions, contribute to proposals and grow client relationships.

Your experience

  • You’re likely operating at Senior Manager, Managing Consultant or Principal Consultant level, with a strong record of leading client engagements in OT security.
  • You’ll bring practical understanding of industrial environments, experience applying frameworks such as IEC 62443, NCSC CAF and NIS, and the confidence to engage both technical specialists and senior decision-makers.
  • Experience across critical infrastructure, energy, utilities, manufacturing or transport would be particularly relevant.
