  • Review, guide, and manage the work delivered by external vendors and engineering consultants while balancing multiple complex assignments.
  • Develop and maintain Engineering Turnover Packages, including equipment specifications, component lists, operating manuals, and engineering drawings for GMP process equipment.
  • Ensure all engineering systems and services comply with Environmental, Health & Safety requirements and GxP regulations.
  • Deliver maintenance and engineering activities across the facility by effectively coordinating internal teams and external service providers.
  • Develop a site Maintenance Strategy using maintenance excellence principles, including maintenance plans, spare parts strategies, and equipment criticality assessments.
  • Partner with Global Maintenance and Engineering teams to implement maintenance strategies and develop maintenance job plans for all in-scope systems.
  • Lead site improvement projects while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, timeline, and cost objectives.
  • Contribute to major engineering initiatives, including site shutdowns, CAPEX projects, and engineering business process improvements.
  • Foster clear, timely communication with site teams to identify operational issues and implement sustainable improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that support Moderna's growth and the effective management of facility operations.
  • Maintain an inspection-ready environment by ensuring regulatory, statutory, and compliance activities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Build and develop the maintenance capability and team required to support the long-term success of the new operation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
