We're In Digital
In Digital, a thriving digital growth agency based in Covent Garden and ranked as one of the best places to work in the UK – and we're looking for a Senior Manager with deep paid search expertise to lead our search capability, own senior client relationships and develop the team around them.
You'll be the person our team comes to for search: close enough to activation to own the detail and train others, and commercial enough to connect every lever you pull to client revenue. You'll work alongside specialists in paid social, CRO, analytics and creative on campaigns for brands such as the Financial Times, MyProtein and Experian – with plenty of room to broaden your expertise across all of them.

What you'll be doing
- Owning and developing senior client relationships, acting as the strategic lead on your accounts
- Leading paid search strategy and activation, and setting the standard for search across the agency
- Building paid media strategies tied to clients' commercial outcomes – revenue, CAC, LTV and ROAS – not just platform metrics
- Staying close to activation: set-up, management and optimisation across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and our other paid platforms
- Diagnosing performance problems and solving them by pulling the right levers, rather than defaulting to standard best practice
- Leading continuous, rigorous test & learn programmes, and reading the results properly
- Managing, mentoring and coaching team members from account executive to manager level, and raising search expertise across the wider team
- Presenting insight and recommendations to senior client stakeholders
- Identifying new growth opportunities for clients and for our agency approach in paid media
- Supporting cross-channel strategies spanning paid social, display, app marketing and on-site experience

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
