Position Overview: Senior Manager, Partnership Sales

Elevate operates as a fully integrated partner for its clients, adding insight, expertise, and in-market activity to accelerate and enhance commercial return in collaboration with the client’s leadership, commercial teams, and wider stakeholder landscape (e.g. marketing and brand, hospitality, technology, community, sustainability, stadium construction, etc.).

Elevate is seeking an experienced, partnership sales professional to assist the Head of Partnership Sales in the commercial transformation for Venezia FC. Based in Elevate’s London office or in Italy (with regular presence in Venice required), this individual will form part of a dedicated sales team tasked with delivery of a new stadium naming rights partner for Venezia FC’s new stadium, alongside other marquee assets and the underpinning commercial partnerships programme.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a track record in shaping, pitching, and securing seven-figure commercial partnerships at Board and C-suite levels. We are seeking a proven seller with a consultative and creative approach to building value - someone who understands how to leverage the unique narrative of Venice and data-driven insights to maximise multi-million-euro revenue opportunities.

This is a hybrid role, preferably based in our London office (with regular travel to Venice, Italy required).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
