Role Overview

This is a new 12-month FTC/secondment opportunity within the People Technology, Product & AI team, part of the People Experience team. As Senior Manager, People AI Products & Agents, you’ll lead the People AI Product Portfolio and the Enterprise Agent Product, turning strategic direction into prioritised roadmaps, clear product decisions and measurable business outcomes.

You’ll work at the intersection of People, AI and product, helping us identify where AI can create the greatest employee and business value and ensuring opportunities are evaluated, prioritised, governed, delivered and continuously improved. You’ll also provide product leadership for the Enterprise Agent Central Hub, working with Group AI, Technology, Corporate Domain Leads, Employee Experience teams and strategic partners to evolve the shared capabilities that enable a consistent, high-quality Enterprise Agent experience across corporate domains.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and operationally lead the People AI Product Portfolio, maintaining a consolidated view of AI demand, opportunities, products, initiatives, delivery activity and realised value across the People Directorate.
  • Define and improve how AI ideas move through intake, discovery, evaluation, prioritisation and governance, supporting business cases and evidence-based investment and roadmap decisions.
  • Lead product operations for Sky’s Enterprise Agent Central Hub, including roadmap and backlog prioritisation, lifecycle management, performance, cross-functional planning and operational readiness.
  • Partner with Group AI, Technology, Corporate Domain Leads and Corporate Affairs to evolve the shared Enterprise Agent capabilities and standards covering experience, KPIs, governance and risk, architecture and tooling, journeys, certification, release and engagement.
  • Sponsor discovery and functional design for AI-enabled People products and Enterprise Agent capabilities. Support evaluation of the right approach across native platform AI, enterprise AI services, Enterprise Agent capabilities and custom-built agents, and approve pilots and proofs of concept where appropriate.
  • Own success measures, adoption and value realisation across People AI products, using performance data and employee feedback to drive optimisation across the product lifecycle.
  • Lead a small specialist team and the People AI Community of Practice, building strong relationships across People, Group AI, Technology and other corporate domains and influencing through clear, evidence-based recommendations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
