We are seeking a Senior People Business Partner based in London to serve as a key advisor to our global leadership team, driving people strategy and organisational excellence across our enabling functions.
Partnering with global leaders across our enabling functions—including Technology, Finance, Legal, and Communications—you will provide trusted advice and pragmatic people solutions that support business performance, organisational effectiveness, and employee experience.
You will collaborate with global stakeholders and be responsible for working with global leaders on change initiatives globally. Reporting to the SVP, People Business Partner, this role offers the opportunity to influence business outcomes, contribute to people strategy, and play a key role in shaping a high-performing organisation.
You will lead your client group with confidence and ownership, working closely with local and global People colleagues to navigate complexity, build alignment and deliver business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain deep, trusted partnerships with global leadership teams, providing coaching, strategic challenge, and guidance that transcends geographic boundaries to align with global business objectives.
- Partner with global business leaders to translate enterprise-wide strategic priorities into cohesive, scalable people plans that resonate across diverse markets and regions.
- Lead and support organisational change initiatives, including organisational design, restructures and consultations.
- Act as a senior advisor on employee relations matters, coaching managers and People colleagues while managing complex and sensitive cases and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practice.
- Operate effectively within a complex, matrix global environment, successfully balancing regional nuances with overarching global frameworks and corporate priorities.
- Build alignment across stakeholder groups, including People, business and cross-functional partners, ensuring relevant colleagues are engaged and informed at the appropriate stage.
- Use data, insight and commercial understanding to inform decisions and influence outcomes.
- Identify people-related risks, opportunities and dependencies, considering both immediate and broader organisational impact.
- Contribute to the delivery of local and global People strategies and initiatives, in collaboration with our Global Centres of Excellence.
- Contribute to the delivery of local and global People strategies and initiatives, working in partnership with Global People colleagues and Centres of Excellence.
- Provide informal mentorship, coaching and support across the UK People team, helping to build capability and share best practice.
- Act as a global ambassador for the People team, fostering strong collaboration with cross-functional leaders and regional People partners to ensure a unified employee experience worldwide.
- Work in collaboration with Finance to ensure accurate and timely provision of people data for budgeting purposes.
- Champion a high-quality People service, continuously seeking opportunities to improve employee and stakeholder experience.

Requirements & Skills
- Significant experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong employee relations experience, including managing complex and sensitive cases.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior global leaders in complex, matrix and international organisations.
- Experience leading organisational change, including restructures and consultations.
- Proven ability to build credibility and influence global stakeholders, with a track record of driving alignment across disparate time zones and cultures.
- Strong commercial judgement and an understanding of how people-decisions impact business performance.
- Strong judgement and the ability to navigate complex situations, balancing business needs, employee experience, risk and long-term organisational impact.
- Ability to anticipate organisational impact, identify risks and take a proactive approach to problem solving.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach combined with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
- Resilient, adaptable and comfortable navigating change and complexity.
- Strong cultural intelligence and experience managing and scaling teams across multiple international regions (e.g., EMEA, APAC, Americas).
- Deep understanding of international employment landscapes and the ability to apply a 'global-first' mindset to people strategy and problem-solving.
- Experience working with Technology or Finance teams in a business partnering capacity is desirable, but not essential.
