Senior Manager, People Data and MI
Carnival UK is in search of a Senior Manager, People Data and MI, who is crucial in supporting our People direction and nurturing a high-performing team.
Role Overview
The People Data and MI team provides trusted management information, dashboards, and insights across the People function. The team manages People data platforms, reporting standards, and analytical priorities, helping colleagues and senior stakeholders make informed, evidence-based decisions.
Key accountabilities include:
- Lead the accurate and reliable delivery of People management information, dashboards, and insights, ensuring outputs meet quality and service standards.
- Oversee the effectiveness of data platforms, business intelligence tools, and analytics environments, creating a trusted source of operational information.
- Govern data sources, definitions, and controls while ensuring compliance with data protection, privacy, and information security requirements.
- Lead and develop a specialist team, driving automation, standardisation, and continuous improvement across data products and reporting cycles.
Requirements: Your Expertise and Leadership
To thrive as a Senior Manager, People Data and MI, we're looking for:
- Strong experience of data governance, data quality, and master data management within a complex organisation.
- Experience leading management information, business intelligence, or analytics services and delivering reliable outputs for senior stakeholders.
- The ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and build consensus around reporting standards, priorities, and data controls.
- A continuous improvement mindset, using automation, standardisation, and simplification to reduce manual effort and strengthen analytical value.

Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK06, offered as a full-time position, on a permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
