The Role

The Senior Manager, Procurement Data Analysis - Sustainability will oversee all data analytics to measure our progress for our 13 priority ingredients. This includes monitoring our fact-based achievements covering sustainable sourcing, deforestation, water, and human rights.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Lead the annual supplier sustainable agriculture data collection and analysis process
  • Lead the annual global supplier sustainability data collection program, driving stakeholder engagement across procurement teams, suppliers, bottlers, and operating units to ensure timely and complete reporting.
  • Oversee data governance, validation, and assurance processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, traceability, and audit readiness of sustainable sourcing data.
  • Analyze sustainability performance and generate actionable insights to identify risks, opportunities, and progress against sustainable sourcing commitments and business objectives.
  • Create and maintain datasets and Sust. Ag. dashboards
    • Develop and maintain Sustainable Agriculture datasets and Power BI dashboards to support global sustainability reporting and performance tracking.
    • Deliver insightful analytics and executive dashboards that drive data-based decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Lead digitalization on procurement data management
    • Lead the digitalization and continuous improvement of annual supplier data collection processes, driving efficiency, scalability, and data integrity.
    • Implement automated workflows and reporting solutions to enhance data collection, validation, and analytics capabilities.
    • Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver user-centric digital tools that support risk assessment, segmentation & prioritization, sustainability reporting, supply chain mapping, and business decision-making.
  • Support data assurance requirements (CAD, EY)
    • Manage data assurance and audit support activities, ensuring compliance with CAD, EY, and other reporting requirements.
    • Coordinate the collection, validation, and documentation of audit-ready data and supporting evidence across global stakeholders.
  • Complete data analysis for regulatory reporting
    • Lead data analysis activities supporting regulatory reporting, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant submissions.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data issues, mitigate compliance risks, and enhance reporting effectiveness.

What We are Looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or another related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Knowledge of digitalization & optimisation tools (e.g. Power-BI, AI agents coding, Keelvar).
  • Experience in complex analytics.
  • Ability to leverage technology.

Base Salary

  • United States: 116,000 USD to 142,000 USD
  • Base Pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits dependent on the position is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage
