As a Senior Manager Product Management, you will own the product vision and commercial lifecycle for the Sabre Payments Marketplace. You will lead a seasoned team of product professionals, manage product profit and loss and establish modern product management discipline across the company. This role requires an ownership mindset, strong financial acumen and the confidence to challenge outdated payment processes.

What you'll do

  • Lead and upskill a team of product managers to instill modern product management discipline.
  • Define the strategic roadmaps to successfully launch and scale Sabre Payments products globally.
  • Manage the product area profit and loss to make investment decisions that drive revenue.
  • Translate market data and customer feedback into robust features that solve transactional challenges.
  • Use generative artificial intelligence and automated workflows to streamline product planning and accelerate launches.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 8 years of product management experience in travel technology, payments or financial technology.
  • Proven success managing product teams and establishing operational objectives and key results.
  • Strong market-facing experience with the business acumen to present complex solutions to executives.
  • Solid technical understanding of emerging machine learning trends to collaborate closely with engineering teams.
  • Practical experience applying generative artificial intelligence tools to improve team productivity.
