Job Description

As a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative digital products that support Vialto’s global mobility services. You will work at the intersection of business, technology and customer experience, turning complex business challenges and customer needs into products and solutions that deliver measurable value.

Working closely with Engineering, Technology, Design, Data and Global Mobility specialists, you will own the product lifecycle from discovery and strategy through to delivery, launch and continuous improvement.

What you'll do:

  • Own and develop product vision, strategy and roadmap in alignment with Vialto’s business objectives and client needs.
  • Work closely with Product, Technology, Engineering, Design, Data and Global Mobility stakeholders to identify opportunities and define product priorities.
  • Translate customer needs, business requirements and market insights into clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead product discovery activities, identifying customer problems and validating potential solutions.
  • Manage and prioritise the product backlog based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility and strategic priorities.
  • Lead products through the full lifecycle, from ideation and discovery through development, launch, adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Engineering and Technical Leads to translate product vision into scalable, secure and effective technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create intuitive, accessible and engaging user experiences.
  • Use data, customer feedback and market insights to measure product performance and inform product decisions.
  • Define and monitor product KPIs and success measures, ensuring products deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes.
  • Work with QA and delivery teams to ensure products meet quality standards and are delivered effectively.
  • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand challenges, gather feedback and validate product concepts.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional and international teams to ensure successful product delivery and deployment.
  • Identify and manage product risks, dependencies and delivery challenges.
  • Contribute to Agile ways of working, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and product reviews.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry developments and trends within Global Mobility to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Participate in product and design reviews, promoting high standards and continuous improvement.
  • For Senior Product Managers, provide coaching and support to Product Managers and contribute to the development of product management practices across Vialto.

What we're looking for

We are looking for a customer-focused, commercially minded and collaborative Product Manager who is passionate about technology, innovation and solving complex business problems.

You will ideally have:

  • Proven experience in Product Management, Digital Product Management or a similar product-focused role.
  • Experience managing products through the full product lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of product strategy, discovery, roadmap development and prioritisation.
  • Experience translating business and customer requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering, Technology, UX/UI, Data and QA teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A strong customer-centric mindset and understanding of user experience principles.
  • Experience using data and customer insights to inform product decisions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working within an Agile environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global organisation.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving continuous improvement.
  • A genuine interest in technology, innovation and the future of Global Mobility.

Senior Product Manager

For the Senior Product Manager level, we would additionally expect:

  • Significant experience owning complex products, platforms or product portfolios.
  • Proven experience developing and executing product strategy across multiple teams or business areas.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and operating effectively at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to connect product strategy to measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience mentoring or developing Product Managers.
  • A track record of delivering measurable customer, operational or commercial impact through product innovation.
