Senior Manager, Product Owner - App

In our pursuit of excellence within our commerce department here at Carnival UK, we're seeking individuals who bring a wealth of technical knowledge and expertise to our Senior Manager, Product Owner - App role. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the business product vision and roadmap for the Cunard and P&O Cruises mobile app, balancing guest behaviour, commercial objectives and brand strategy.
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and product briefs that enable effective technical delivery by DTO.
  • Monitor app performance across engagement, retention, feature adoption and conversion, using insight to guide product decisions and backlog priorities.
  • Act as the authoritative business voice for the app, managing stakeholder demand, cross-functional dependencies and the day-to-day partnership with the Technical Product Owner for App.

Position Requirements

Our ideal candidates are those who possess not only the technical skills required for the role but also a passion for technology and a keen eye for detail.

  • 7–10+ years’ experience in digital product management or product ownership, including 3–5+ years specifically owning mobile apps.
  • Proven accountability for a mobile app across its full lifecycle, from product vision and roadmap development through to delivery and performance optimisation.
  • Strong experience translating business intent into high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritised product backlogs.
  • Demonstrable ability to use customer and commercial data to inform feature prioritisation, product decisions and continuous improvement.
