Senior Manager - Product Research & Development

Food, Beverage and promotional merchandise

West London | Hybrid | up to £100k + Excellent Benefits

Ready to shape the products everyone will be talking about next?

This isn't about maintaining what's already working. It's about creating what's next.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager - R&D manager to lead the future product strategy and create new exciting and innovative products for one of the world's most recognised consumer brands. This is an opportunity to influence what millions of customers experience, leading innovation from the very first spark of an idea through to a successful market launch.

If you're naturally curious, commercially minded and thrive on turning consumer insight into winning products, this could be the role you've been waiting for.

The Opportunity

You'll own the innovation agenda, identifying emerging trends, understanding changing consumer behaviours and building a pipeline of exciting new products that deliver real commercial impact.

Working alongside senior leadership, you'll influence strategic direction, inspire cross-functional teams and partner with suppliers to bring innovative ideas to life.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
