About You 👤
- Degree educated, preferably in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or Business.
- ABPI qualified; project management qualification advantageous.
- Significant pharmaceutical industry experience, with a strong understanding of the UK healthcare environment.
- Proven ability to build and influence relationships with healthcare professionals, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), professional societies and other external stakeholders.
- Experience developing and delivering educational programmes, scientific meetings, congress activities and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing and Commercial teams to deliver business objectives.
- Strong strategic planning, project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Commercially astute, with excellent analytical, insight generation and decision-making capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Collaborative leadership style, with the confidence to work independently and drive initiatives through to completion.
- Strong commitment to compliance, governance and ethical business practices.
- Experience in Women's Health, speaker bureau management, congress planning and execution, product launches and engagement with professional societies would be advantageous.

About The Role 🧭
To lead Theramex UK's Professional Engagement strategy by developing strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals and professional societies across Women's Health. The role exists to accelerate business growth by creating meaningful external engagement that improves customer advocacy, expands educational impact and supports better patient outcomes across the UK & Ireland.
Key Duties and Responsibilities 📌
- Develop and deliver the UK & Ireland professional engagement strategy, with annual plans aligned to affiliate and business priorities.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinical leaders, professional societies and healthcare networks across Women's Health.
- Act as the primary commercial contact for strategic external experts, generating insights to inform business planning and decision-making.
- Lead the planning and execution of educational initiatives, including national and regional meetings, peer-to-peer programmes, webinars, virtual events and congress-related activities.
- Establish and manage the UK Speaker Bureau, including faculty identification, recruitment, development, training and engagement.
- Partner with Medical Affairs and Commercial teams to develop integrated engagement plans, educational content and scientific programmes.
- Maximise stakeholder engagement before, during and after congresses, including symposium planning and faculty coordination.
- Identify and deliver collaborative educational, advocacy and disease awareness initiatives that strengthen Theramex's external influence and reputation.
- Measure engagement effectiveness and business impact through customer reach, insight generation, stakeholder engagement and programme outcomes.
- Ensure all activities comply with the ABPI Code, internal policies and governance requirements.
