Chainguard is looking for a Senior Manager of Professional Services - EMEA to lead delivery for a portion of our Enterprise segment. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end customer journey across implementations, consulting engagements, and advisory services — ensuring customers successfully adopt Chainguard solutions and achieve measurable outcomes.
You'll lead and develop a team of Solutions Architects while driving delivery that is predictable, scalable, and consistently high quality. This is an operational leadership role that requires equal parts customer empathy, business acumen, and a bias toward execution.
What You'll Do
Delivery & Segment Ownership
- Own end-to-end PS delivery across onboarding, implementation, advisory, and expansion for your Enterprise segment
- Monitor and improve utilization, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction KPIs
- Serve as the escalation point for complex or at-risk engagements
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Solutions Architects
- Set performance expectations, coach to them, and own career development and succession planning
- Partner with PS leadership on hiring and capacity planning
Services Strategy & Operations
- Standardize delivery methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Improve operational processes for efficiency, scalability, and predictability

Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, Engineering, and Support for a seamless customer experience
- Support pre-sales on strategic or complex opportunities
- Funnel customer feedback into product and services improvements
- Partner with PS leadership to evolve services packaging and pricing
Customer Outcomes & Growth
- Ensure customers achieve defined business outcomes through services engagements
- Identify expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales and CS
- Proactively manage escalations and capture customer insights to improve delivery
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, Customer Success, or a related field
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing delivery teams or PS operations for a customer segment
- Technical background in cybersecurity, DevOps, software engineering, or a related domain
- Strong project or program management capabilities
- Experience working cross-functionally in a high-growth technology environment
- Excellent communication skills — comfortable engaging both technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Must be located in the United Kingdom
