Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex data centre projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule and budget.
- Develop project strategies, master schedules and execution plans.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, consultants, contractors and vendors across multiple disciplines.
- Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Manage project governance and document control throughout all phases of delivery.
- Act as a key interface between management, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings, progress reviews and technical discussions.
- Monitor and communicate project progress, risks, issues and key deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, quality standards and industry best practice.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards and KPIs covering project progress and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement across project delivery, reporting and document management processes.

Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10 years' relevant experience, with extensive experience managing large-scale, multidisciplinary projects within engineering, construction, infrastructure or oil & gas.
- Strong project planning, execution, stakeholder management and governance capabilities.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary consultants, contractors and vendors.
- Advanced knowledge of document control processes, systems and project governance.
- Strong risk management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable operating within high-volume, fast-paced project environments.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, Microsoft SharePoint, Teams and MS Office, including advanced Excel and reporting tools.
- Experience with Documentum or similar document management platforms.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
- Data Centre certification would be advantageous.
