About The Role
This is a career-defining opportunity for a seasoned technology leader who wants to operate at the intersection of digital transformation, operational excellence, and global scale. As Sr Manager, Regional Service Delivery EMENA/GBI, you'll be the critical link between our global Digital Technology organisation and our business teams across Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, Great Britain, and Ireland.
Reporting to the VP, IE&O (with a dotted line to the VP Digital Technology EMENA/GBI), you'll lead a geographically diverse function spanning the UK, France, and the Netherlands — while influencing outcomes across the entire EMENA/GBI footprint. This role is not just about keeping the lights on. It's about shaping how a global food company transforms through technology.
Location: Scarborough, GB or Amsterdam, NL
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for Service Delivery across EMENA and GBI, with direct managerial accountability for operations in the UK, France, and the Netherlands
- Owning the Regional Digital Technology budget (OPEX and CAPEX), identifying cost-saving opportunities through vendor consolidation and process automation
- Leading high-stakes negotiations with global technology vendors to secure favourable SLAs and pricing
- Driving large-scale organisational change management to embed a data-driven culture across EMENA/GBI
- Overseeing cutting-edge technology domains including AIOps, Cloud Modernisation, and Cybersecurity within manufacturing environments
- Monitoring service performance metrics and using data-driven insights to continuously improve quality, speed, and customer satisfaction
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and company policies across all regions
- Acting as a trusted liaison to senior stakeholders, reporting clearly on progress, risk, and results
- Building, coaching, and retaining high-performing, diverse teams — and fostering a culture where innovation and continuous improvement genuinely thrive
What You'll Need to Be Successful
- A Master's degree in a technical field
- 10+ years of experience leading technology teams, including at least 5 years in a global or matrixed manufacturing environment
- Certifications in ITIL 4 Master, PMP, or COBIT
- Proven track record of delivering IT services in a production or manufacturing environment
- Direct experience overseeing regional service delivery across multiple countries — ideally including the UK, France, and the Netherlands
- Demonstrable involvement in setting up or ramping up a new manufacturing plant or similar large-scale operational project
- A history of hitting operational targets across customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, and compliance
- The ability to lead diverse teams through complexity, change, and ambiguity — with clarity and calm

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
