As Sr Manager, Regional Service Delivery for EMENA/GBI, you will be the primary liaison between our Digital Technology organisation and the management teams across your designated regions. Reporting to the VP, IE&O (with a dotted line to the VP Digital Technology EMENA/GBI), you'll navigate the complexity of managing infrastructure operations across diverse legal jurisdictions, championing an AI-first, cloud-first strategy and enabling the teams around you to work smarter and more effectively.

What You'll Be Doing
- Providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for Service Delivery across EMENA and GBI, with direct managerial responsibility for the UK, France, and the Netherlands
- Managing and maintaining accountability for the Regional Digital Technology budget (OPEX and CAPEX), identifying cost-saving opportunities through vendor consolidation and process automation.
- Leading and supporting the establishment of new manufacturing facilities across the region, ensuring seamless integration of service delivery, OT, automation, and physical security capabilities.
- Ensuring adherence to Industry 4.0 and Automation strategies across all manufacturing facilities.
- Leading high-stakes negotiations with global technology vendors to secure favourable SLAs and pricing structures.
- Championing an AI-first and cloud-first strategy, leveraging Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, intelligent automation, machine learning, AIOps, and cloud-native platforms to improve service delivery and operational outcomes.
- Driving large-scale organisational change across the region, building a data-driven culture and embedding responsible AI practices.
- Monitoring performance metrics and using data-driven insights to continuously optimise service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Acting as a key liaison to senior management and stakeholders, reporting on progress, risks, and achievements across regional operations.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and team development
What You'll Need to Be Successful
- A Master's degree in a technical field.
- At least 10 years' experience leading a technology team, with 5+ years in a global or matrixed manufacturing environment.
- Certifications in ITIL 4 Master, PMP, COBIT, Cloud and/or AI.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and AI tools such as Copilot and Claude is a plus.
- Proven experience delivering IT services (Server, Network, Compute) in a production environment, including incident, problem, and change management in plant settings.
- A track record of overseeing regional service delivery across multiple countries — ideally including UK, France, and the Netherlands.
- Experience setting up or ramping up new manufacturing plants or similar large-scale operational projects.
- A history of achieving operational targets across customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, and compliance.
- Strong leadership of diverse teams, with a commitment to development, continuous improvement, and stakeholder management.

About the Team
This role sits within the IE&O (Infrastructure, Engineering & Operations) function, reporting directly to the VP, IE&O. You'll lead multiple direct reports across EMENA and GBI, working within a matrix model alongside local Digital Technology teams and Business Units. You'll collaborate closely with regional technology, global architecture, engineering, data, digital workplace, and operational leaders — playing a pivotal role in shaping how digital and technology investment delivers real business value across the region.
