Summary of Post

The Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs will play a key role in supporting the Company's development programme as it progresses into late-phase clinical development. The role will have a strong operational focus, with significant responsibility for the planning, coordination and execution of regulatory activities across the development programme. Operating within a predominantly outsourced model, the Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs will provide oversight and direction to CROs and other external regulatory service providers, monitoring delivery, quality and timelines and providing constructive challenge where appropriate. The role will retain internal responsibility and accountability for key regulatory activities and will be expected to remain hands-on in their delivery, including regulatory planning, submissions, health authority interactions, preparation and review of regulatory documentation, responses to agency questions, tracking of regulatory commitments and resolution of operational issues.

The Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs will provide day-to-day management and support to the Regulatory Affairs team, including direct line management. The role will work closely with senior stakeholders on regulatory priorities, strategy and key programme decisions, while maintaining a strong focus on the effective execution and delivery of regulatory activities.

The role will work closely with internal cross-functional project and programme teams, providing regulatory expertise, advice and support and actively contributing to programme planning, decision-making and execution.

The Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs will also contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Company's regulatory infrastructure, processes, SOPs, systems and governance, supporting the Company's transition into late-stage development. The role will help ensure that regulatory activities are appropriately planned, tracked and documented and that the Company maintains a high level of regulatory and inspection readiness.

The successful candidate will be expected to work with pace, flexibility and pragmatism, proactively identify and manage regulatory risks and issues, and develop effective and proportionate solutions appropriate to a small, predominantly outsourced biotechnology organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
