Job Description:

Introduction

At Johnson & Johnson, we believe health is everything. Our strength in healthcare innovation empowers us to build a world where complex diseases are prevented, treated, and cured, where treatments are smarter and less invasive, and solutions are personal.

IM Transcend is a multi-year global business transformation initiative that will modernize our end-to-end Supply Chain digital capabilities by harmonizing our disparate ecosystem of 7+ major global ERP systems, standardizing our core business processes and products [across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Quality, and Data], and enabling our integrated data strategy through a single SAP S/4 HANA instance.

The Senior Manager, Release Data & Analytics Deploy Lead plays a critical leadership role in driving end-to-end deployment activities for Data, Master Data Governance (MDG), Data Migration, Data Quality, Analytics within their assigned release wave of the global SAP S/4HANA transformation program.

This role ensures that all data objects across Material, Customer, Vendor, Business Partner, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality domains are fully prepared, validated, migrated, and governed in alignment with the global template, regulatory expectations, and business readiness for their release.

The Release Deploy Lead partners closely with the Director, Global Data & Analytics Deploy Lead, and cross-functional global and regional teams, ensuring data readiness milestones are met, risks are mitigated, and deployment execution runs smoothly through planning, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
