Senior Manager - Reporting

Hybrid based from Derby, Manchester or Warrington
Salary range - £71,000.00 - £93,200.00 plus bonus and benefits

Our mission is to deliver clean, affordable energy for all. Our Small Modular Reactor (SMR) provides a British solution to a global energy challenge. We are uniquely positioned to become a global leader in SMR technology and one of the UK's most important clean energy and export success stories.

The Project Management Office (PMO) plays a critical role in enabling confident, informed decision-making across the organisation. By providing accurate performance insights, governance oversight and integrated programme controls, the team helps ensure the successful delivery of one of the UK's most ambitious energy programmes. The Reporting function sits at the centre of this activity, transforming complex data into meaningful business intelligence that supports delivery at every level.

We're looking for a Senior Manager - Reporting to join our PMO, reporting to the Head of Integrated Programme Controls. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for shaping and leading our enterprise reporting capability, ensuring senior leaders have the performance insights, intelligence and governance information needed to make timely, confident decisions. Your work will directly contribute to successful programme delivery and the future growth of Rolls-Royce SMR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and continuously improving reporting frameworks, governance standards and reporting cadences across programmes and portfolios.
  • Developing insightful management reporting, KPI dashboards and performance visualisations that enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Bringing together schedule, cost, risk, change and delivery performance information into a clear, integrated reporting view.
  • Collaborating across PMO, Engineering, Finance, Commercial and Programme teams to improve reporting quality, consistency and automation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
