About The Role
You will be the strategic Reward partner for Nscale's Data Centres organisation.
Reporting to the VP of Reward, you will partner with executive leadership to shape how Reward supports business growth, attracts exceptional talent, and drives performance. You'll bring commercial judgement to decisions on organisation design, compensation, incentives, and workforce investment, ensuring local business needs are balanced with a consistent global Reward philosophy.
You'll own the evolution of the Reward strategy for Power & Build while leading enterprise-wide Reward initiatives, including programmes such as Global Pay Transparency. This is a role for someone who thrives on solving complex business problems through Reward.

- Partner with senior leaders to align Reward with business strategy.
- Bring market insight and commercial judgement to workforce decisions.

- Own the Reward strategy for the Data Centres, Power & Build organisation.
- Design differentiated Reward solutions that support business performance.
- Balance business needs with global consistency and governance.
Incentives & Performance
- Own incentive strategy and pay mix.
- Design Reward programmes that reinforce performance and business outcomes.
- Guide leaders on effective Reward investment.
Organisation & Compensation
- Partner on organisation design, job architecture, and workforce planning.
- Advise on hiring offers, promotions, market positioning, and retention.
- Ensure Reward decisions are fair, competitive, and commercially sound.
Enterprise Reward Leadership
- Drive programmes including Global Pay Transparency and future Reward frameworks.
- Build scalable solutions that strengthen the global Reward function.
Governance & Insight
- Champion strong Reward governance and decision quality.
- Use market data and analytics to shape strategy.
- Simplify processes and drive continuous improvement.
About You
- Significant experience partnering with senior leaders on Reward strategy in a high-growth technology environment.
- Deep expertise across compensation, incentives, job architecture, and organisation design.
- Proven ability to influence executive decision-making through data and commercial insight.
- Experience designing Reward strategies that balance business flexibility with enterprise governance.
- Strong market knowledge and analytical capability.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- A builder who enjoys creating scalable Reward solutions from first principles.

Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location.
