About the job

andBloom is an independent, client-side advisory firm on large SAP S/4HANA transformations. We are the programme partner. When a transformation is in trouble, we are the people in the room whose only agenda is the client's.

We are growing fast, and we are hiring an experienced Senior Manager to help build the practice and shape what andBloom becomes next.

This one is for the problem-solvers. If you think like a management consultant or business analyst, care more about fixing the business than shipping the technology, and can hold a System Integrator to account without breaking a sweat, keep reading.

You will work at the intersection of business and technology, helping organisations define, shape, and assure transformation across Finance and Supply Chain, with ERP as the enabler and honest assurance as the point. Green is a colour, not a fact, and knowing the difference is the job.

Joining a start-up means the ceiling is high and the map is yours to help draw. You will shape the work, the offer, and your own path as we scale.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Location: London or Germany, with travel between the two depending on client contracts and business needs.

Language: German to workshop-facilitation level is essential. You can plan and run a client workshop in German, not just follow one.

What you'll do

  • Lead and support business-led transformation, client-side and independent
  • Run programme assessments and health checks at every stage of S/4HANA transformation, and turn them into findings and recommendations people actually act on
  • Design and facilitate structured workshops, in English and German, that drive alignment, decisions, and real governance
  • Keep programmes coherent across workstreams, dependencies, and third-party partners including System Integrators
  • Produce the fun stuff: programme reports, board papers, and advisory documents
  • Manage workstream-level delivery, coordinating internal and external teams to hit milestones
  • Build trusted relationships with client-side teams, PMOs, and senior stakeholders
  • Help shape andBloom's service offerings and go-to-market as we grow
  • Contribute to business development: outreach, proposals, and client relationships
