We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals focusing on Employee Central to join our team. Working with stakeholders from local government you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, turning the standard plan into a working solution. You will lead Employee Central delivery across local government engagements as the named module owner for core HR. You will be accountable for organisational structure, position management, job architecture and core HR workflows across engagements, while maintaining the quality of the reusable baseline.

  • Lead Employee Central delivery across concurrent local authority engagements from Fit-to-Standard through configuration, testing and go-live.
  • Own core HR design including organisational structure, position management, job architecture, workflows and permissions.
  • Run Fit-to-Standard workshops with HR process owners and translate statutory and policy requirements into standard configuration.
  • Manage the Employee Central workstream plan, effort and dependencies against the standard programme shape.
  • Lead and develop Employee Central consultants and quality-assure their configuration.
  • Contribute improvements to the reusable Employee Central baseline.
  • Own Employee Central elements of data migration, integration testing and user acceptance testing, and support hypercare through to BAU handover.
  • Produce high-quality functional specifications, design documents and end-user documentation, and contribute to client training.
  • Support the sales process by contributing to proposals and client presentations.
  • Contribute to the development of our SuccessFactors practice through knowledge sharing and thought leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest SuccessFactors releases and functionalities.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members.

Connect to your skills and professional experience

Essential

  • Multiple full-cycle SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations with hands-on configuration ownership.
  • Experience leading a module workstream, including planning, effort management and client-facing design workshops.
  • UK public sector or complex multi-entity delivery experience.
  • Strong client-facing skills and the ability to land a standard design with senior HR stakeholders.
  • Experience developing and quality-assuring junior consultants.

Desirable

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification. Additional modules a bonus.
  • Experience integrating Employee Central with Employee Central Payroll and SAP Finance.
  • Exposure to local government job evaluation frameworks such as NJC or Green Book terms.
  • Experience in an asset-backed or template-led delivery model.
  • Experience with Time Off and Time Tracking, including workflows, business rules and permissions.

Some assignments require BPSS clearance and may require Security Check clearance, subject to role and client requirements.
