As part of our continued investment in HR technology, we are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Platform to lead the strategy, governance, optimization, and day-to-day management of our global Core HR platform.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a highly visible leadership role within our Global HRIS organisation, responsible for the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central platform supporting employees across more than 40 countries.
You'll lead a globally distributed team while partnering closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure our SuccessFactors landscape remains scalable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
We're looking for someone who combines deep SAP SuccessFactors expertise with strong leadership capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Lead and develop a global team responsible for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Platform administration.
- Own the strategic direction, governance, and ongoing optimization of the SuccessFactors platform.
- Configure, maintain, and support Employee Central and integrations with EC Payroll.
- Drive platform scalability, compliance, and best practices across 40+ countries.
- Lead SuccessFactors release and instance management activities.
- Manage global Role-Based Permissions (RBP), governance, audits, and compliance controls.
- Support system upgrades and new functionality, including AI-enabled capabilities such as Joule.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders to deliver business-critical initiatives.
- Oversee support operations, ensuring issues and requests are managed effectively and communicated appropriately.
- Collaborate with implementation partners and vendors to deliver projects and ongoing support.
- Champion user experience improvements, process automation, and continuous innovation across the platform.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on Employee Central design, configuration, and global Core HR processes.
- Drive adoption of new technologies and identify opportunities to simplify and modernise HR processes.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central administration, configuration, implementation, and release management experience within a global environment.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
- Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and global Core HR processes.
- Strong experience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP), platform governance, compliance, and audit activities.
- Experience supporting SuccessFactors release management and platform administration.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable HR technology solutions.
- Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT functions.
- Strong understanding of HRIS best practices and global HR operations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
HIGHLY DESIRABLE
- Experience with EC Payroll integration.
- Experience with Onboarding 2.0.
- Experience with Joule and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Vendor management experience.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Certification.

- Salary £75,000 - £90,000.00 Depending on Experience
