We are looking for an experienced LLM Discovery & Optimisation Lead to define and lead our organic growth strategy across SEO and emerging AI-powered discovery environments. This role will connect changing customer discovery behaviours to commercial performance, shaping strategies that strengthen brand authority and maximise visibility across traditional search and generative AI platforms.

- Act as the organisation's authority on generative AI discovery, monitoring developments across search engines, AI platforms and LLM ecosystems, translating emerging trends into actionable strategic direction.
- Lead measurement, reporting and experimentation frameworks that connect AI visibility and SEO performance to business outcomes, demonstrating the commercial impact of AI-driven discovery initiatives.
- Partner with SEO, Paid Media, PR, Content, Product and Brand teams to embed AI discovery insights into planning, optimisation strategies and growth initiatives.
- Define the technical, content and authority signals required for inclusion and prominence within generative AI responses, while establishing scalable governance, best practices and capability-building across the organisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
