Job Description

Purpose

Lead WR&I's operating standards, reporting, insight and root cause analysis agenda across the end-to-end conduct ecosystem, ensuring the function has a clear and consistent operating framework, trusted reporting, meaningful insight and a robust understanding of emerging themes, risks and improvement opportunities.

The role owns WR&I's operating standards framework, reporting model, dashboard design and RCA methodology, ensuring that common definitions, processes, quality expectations and governance requirements are consistently applied across the function. The role translates operational insight into targeted improvement priorities while defining the data, MI and reporting requirements required to support the case management platform and future-state WRI operating model.

Accountabilities

Operating Standards & Governance

  • Own the WR&I operating standards framework, including end-to-end process standards, definitions, taxonomy, quality expectations and governance requirements, ensuring a consistent approach across all WR&I teams.
  • Establish and maintain WR&I's library of operating standards, ensuring standards remain current, practical, controlled and aligned to regulatory, policy and business requirements.
  • Define and govern common operational definitions, data standards, categorisation approaches and process requirements that underpin reporting, insight generation, risk management and control activity.
  • Partner with WRI LT to embed standards into day-to-day ways of working, ensuring standards drive consistent colleague outcomes rather than existing solely as documented guidance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
