Overview
Job Description
This role is focused on revenue realisation for Visa Commercial Solutions Europe’s New Verticals team. The core objective is simple: help signed vertical deals turn into launched programs, active payment flows and net revenue.
The New Verticals team is one of the most exciting growth areas within VCS. We are building Visa’s presence in spaces where the B2B payments opportunity is still being shaped, tested and scaled. In many ways, the team operates like a start-up inside a large global company: working in new areas, developing propositions as we go, and turning early success into repeatable growth.
This is an important moment for the team. Over the last two years, New Verticals has moved from early exploration to real commercial traction, including developing new propositions and signing its first major deals. The next stage is about scaling that success, and this role will help us do that by supporting clients to activate what we have sold, accelerate revenue and build the next wave of growth across freight, insurance and digital commerce.
The role will suit someone who wants to help build something new inside a large global company. It offers the variety of an early stage growth environment, with the reach, client access and resources of Visa behind it.
The Role Will Be Split Across Two Connected Areas
- Revenue realisation: helping clients successfully deploy, launch and grow the solutions Visa has sold.
- Vertical growth acceleration: supporting strategy, GTM, business development, client engagement and sales enablement across the portfolio.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
