About The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to accelerate the growth of Fora across the UK. Reporting to the Head of International (based in NYC), this leader will help drive advisor growth and success and ensure scalable, best-in-class operations on the ground. They will unlock advisor potential by building operational infrastructure, supplier pipelines, and a real multi-city presence in the UK.
This role is based in London or New York City, with regular travel across the UK (Birmingham, Manchester, Edinburgh, and other key cities) or (if not based in NYC) also quarterly travel to New York City.
Key Responsibilities
Performance & Strategy
- Execute Fora’s UK strategy, aligned with broader international priorities and KPIs.
- Own end-to-end KPI tracking, weekly reporting, operational forecasting, and performance analysis, translating insights into clear actions.
Operations & Compliance
- Operationalise UK priorities across key workstreams, building and continuously improving the processes, tools, and infrastructure required to support advisors and scale the market effectively.
- Oversee localisation and optimisation of key tools and workflows, including HubSpot, Intercom, Retool, and WhatsApp.
- Build and refine operational processes across advisor onboarding, support, training, payments, compliance, and other areas critical to a high-quality advisor experience.
- Partner with General Counsel and relevant HQ teams to support adherence to UK regulatory and compliance requirements.

Marketing & Growth
- Coordinate and execute UK marketing initiatives across PR, brand, partnerships, and events.
- Develop locally relevant messaging, content, partnerships, and client-facing experiences that strengthen Fora’s presence in the UK.
- Oversee the advisor conversion funnel in partnership with Sales, ensuring Fora attracts and onboards high-quality advisors.
- Monitor acquisition performance, identifying opportunities to improve conversion and growth efficiency.
Advisor Success & Community Building
- Own the end-to-end UK advisor experience, proactively identifying and addressing gaps across onboarding, training, support, platform tools, partnerships, client-facing materials, and community engagement.
- Develop initiatives that help UK advisors build their businesses, engage with the Fora community, and get the most from Fora’s platform.
- Build and manage relationships with local travel partners, tourism boards, and relevant organisations based on advisor and market needs.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Execution
- Represent Fora across UK internal and external initiatives.
- Source, vet, and manage third-party partners, vendors, and contractors to strengthen and scale UK operations.
- Project-manage UK deliverables across global HQ functions (Product, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Data).
- Foster a culture of efficiency, accountability, and advisor-first servant leadership as the UK team scales.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including public speaking ability
- Based in London or New York City with flexibility to travel across the UK
- 5–7 years of total professional experience, including:
- 2+ years in demanding professional services (top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity)
- 3+ years in highly operational or startup environments; launch experience preferred
- Excellent organisational and project management skills; proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with the ability to build financial and operational models from scratch and discern data
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field
- Ability to travel regularly
Strongly Preferred
- Experience launching or scaling a new market, product line, or geography
- Familiarity with UK regulatory environments (consumer-facing platforms, financial services, travel)
- Interest in or prior experience in the travel industry

Compensation
Compensation for this role varies based on experience, with an indicative range of £100K–£125K. Final compensation will depend on the level at which the candidate is hired, as we’re considering multiple levels for this role.
