As our Senior Manager Supply Chain FP&A, you’ll be part of the Functions FP&A team working closely with brilliant people across the business. You’ll be right at the heart of fast-moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.

You’ll help us push boundaries, raise the bar, and keep the spirit of DM alive in everything we deliver.
Core Accountabilities
As our Senior Manager Supply Chain FP&A, you will be responsible for:
- Leading supply chain financial planning and performance reporting, managing Opex/Capex budgets, forecasts and long-range plans, delivering variance analysis, executive reporting, and financial insights that support decision making.
- Driving cost, margin and working capital performance, overseeing standard costing, analysing cost drivers, improving inventory efficiency, reducing aged stock, and supporting gross margin optimisation.
- Providing strategic financial support and risk analysis, evaluating investment cases, modelling scenarios, and assessing the financial impact of supply chain decisions, operational changes, and market uncertainty.
- Strengthening governance, KPI management and continuous improvement, ensuring robust controls and compliance, defining and tracking key supply chain metrics, improving cross-functional alignment, and driving automation and reporting efficiencies.

Key Skills & Capabilities
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong supply chain finance expertise, with deep knowledge of logistics, inventory, working capital, and the ability to translate operational performance into P&L, cash flow, and margin impact.
- Advanced commercial and financial partnering skills, combining modelling, scenario planning, ROI analysis, KPI governance, and data-driven insight to support strategic decision making across Supply Chain and wider business teams.
- Proven leadership and communication capabilities, able to lead finance teams, influence senior stakeholders, simplify complex data into clear narratives, and drive continuous improvement through automation and process optimisation.
