The Role

As Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, EMEA, you will lead talent acquisition across the region while helping define the future of the function globally.

Working in a matrixed model, you will partner closely with EMEA People & Culture leadership and the Global Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (COE) to align hiring priorities with workforce needs, market realities, and long-term capability goals. You'll lead a team of Talent Acquisition professionals across EMEA while strengthening how we assess, select, and hire talent.

This role is well suited to a leader who combines business partnership, assessment expertise, and people leadership. You'll help hiring teams make better decisions through structured, evidence-based hiring practices while building the capability of a Talent Acquisition team that acts as trusted advisors to the business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Contribute to the global Talent Acquisition strategy by leading initiatives related to assessment excellence, recruiter capability, recruiting technology, AI adoption, talent intelligence, and process improvement.
  • Establish consistent assessment and selection practices across the region, including competency-based interviews, interview scorecards, work samples, and other job-relevant evaluation methods.
  • Partner with senior business and People leaders to build hiring strategies that support workforce plans, business priorities, and future capability needs across EMEA.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, strengthening capability in advisory skills, sourcing, assessment, stakeholder management, and data-informed decision-making.
  • Use labour market insights, hiring data, and talent intelligence to provide clear recommendations on hiring trends, talent availability, recruiting effectiveness, and workforce planning decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
