We are seeking a Sourcing Team Lead

The role will primarily focus on leading the Sourcing team, while also supporting the sourcing of executive talent.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and develop sourcing professionals, building a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Manage team capacity, priorities and performance in partnership with recruiters and Talent Acquisition leaders.
  • Develop sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities, workforce plans and critical hiring needs.
  • Monitor pipeline quality, conversion, diversity, delivery and stakeholder satisfaction, using data to improve results.
  • Establish consistent sourcing practices, tools and standards across regions and business units.
  • Build inclusive talent pipelines and ensure an engaging candidate experience.
  • Lead research, market mapping and direct sourcing for executive and strategically important searches.
  • Partner with executive recruiters and senior stakeholders to define target profiles and search strategies.
  • Engage senior passive candidates through tailored, credible outreach.
  • Manage sensitive searches with judgment, discretion and professionalism.

  • Significant sourcing or executive-search experience in a global environment.
  • Experience leading and developing sourcing or recruiting teams.
  • Strong executive research, talent-mapping and stakeholder-management skills.
  • An analytical, commercial and inclusive mindset.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and organizational capabilities.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, research platforms and applicant tracking systems.
