The role of Senior Manager, Talent Attraction is crucial in shaping the talent landscape across various business units, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. By leading a high-performing Talent Attraction team and partnering with senior stakeholders, this role will drive strategic initiatives that support our business goals and enhance our employer brand. The focus will help promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, optimize recruitment processes, and ensure we have the right people in the right roles to drive organizational success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing Talent Attraction team, driving delivery, collaboration, and alignment to business objectives.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver talent attraction strategies, providing market insight, workforce planning support, and strategic advice to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and employer brand initiatives, embedding inclusive hiring practices, enhancing candidate experience, and promoting BT Group as an employer of choice.
- Drive operational excellence across the talent attraction function, optimizing processes, technology, and performance metrics while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and governance requirements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and talent advocacy, leveraging external networks, sharing best practice, supporting internal mobility, and empowering colleagues to amplify BT Group's talent attraction message.

Essential Skills / Experience
- Talent Attraction Leadership: Proven experience leading and developing high-performing Talent Attraction teams, creating an inclusive culture, and delivering attraction outcomes at scale.
- Advanced Talent Acquisition Strategy: Expertise in designing and executing data-driven attraction strategies across complex business areas, leveraging market intelligence, talent insights, and workforce planning. Experienced in assessing, selecting, and managing external partners and recruitment vendors to maximize value, capability, and return on investment.
- Employer Brand, Diversity & Candidate Experience: Strong track record of enhancing employer brand, embedding inclusive hiring practices, and delivering outstanding candidate experiences to attract diverse, high-quality talent.

Desirable Skills / Experience
- AI and Technology Integration: Familiarity with AI tools and technology to enhance recruitment processes and improve candidate experience.
- Skills-Based Hiring: Focus on identifying and hiring for critical skills that drive business transformation and growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively with senior stakeholders and understand their talent needs. Be a subject matter expert when engaging with the Talent COE on EVP and other employer branding-related initiatives.
