Senior Manager, Quality Assurance

The Senior Manager, Quality Assurance conducts engagement reviews to evaluate key touchpoints across the client journey, assess compliance with Firm governance, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance the client experience and minimise risk.

Duties and Responsibilities, as They Align to Ryan’s Key Results

People

  • Contributes to a positive team member experience.

Client

  • Utilises in-depth knowledge of Firmwide and practice-specific governance and quality assurance procedures to design and conduct engagement reviews.
  • Evaluates client service issues and provides recommendations to support clear and consistent standards across the client journey.
  • Reports findings and actionable recommendations to the leadership team and key stakeholders.
  • Builds strong relationships with leaders and team members and becomes a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborates with practices to recommend enhancements that support a consistent client experience and deliver on the Ryan brand promise.
  • Organises and prioritises multiple tasks to ensure client needs are met promptly.

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and six to eight years of experience in tax services are required.
  • Three years of supervisory experience is preferred.

Computer Skills

  • The successful candidate must have intermediate skills in Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as internet navigation and research.
