Senior Manager – Technology & Media Strategy (Op Model)
£85,000 – £115,000 + Package
London
A leading global consulting organisation is growing its Technology & Media Consulting capability and is looking for a Senior Manager to lead complex operating model and transformation engagements across the TMT sector.
This is an opportunity to work with some of the most recognisable technology and media organisations, helping them navigate major transformation programmes, improve performance and build the operating models they need to scale.
You will work across areas including technology, product, engineering, cloud, commercial and customer operations.
As a Senior Manager, you will:
- Lead complex operating model design and transformation programmes across Technology, Media and Telecommunications.
- Design and implement target operating models, covering organisational structures, processes, capabilities, governance, sourcing and technology.
- Work with senior client stakeholders to understand current challenges and develop practical future-state solutions.
- Lead transformation programmes driven by platform change, new product launches, M&A, cost reduction, outsourcing, globalisation and business growth.
- Oversee multiple workstreams, managing delivery, risks, dependencies, budgets and senior-level reporting.
- Develop clear analysis, recommendations for senior client audiences.
- Work across functions including Product, Engineering, Technology, Finance, Procurement, Commercial and Operations.
- Support business development and contribute to the continued growth of the operating model capability.
- Lead and develop junior consultants, helping to build a high-performing team.

What They're Looking For
- Strong experience delivering target operating models and large-scale transformation programmes.
- Experience across areas such as organisational design, process transformation, sourcing models, governance, capabilities and technology change.
- A strong understanding of the challenges facing modern technology and media businesses.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to operate with senior client leadership.
- Strong programme management and PMO experience.
- The ability to turn complex analysis into clear recommendations and communicate effectively with senior audiences.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of project profitability and budget management.
- Experience leading, mentoring and developing more junior team members.
