Job Description:

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

The Senior Manager, Training & Education - EMEA will focus on Sales Training (65%) and Provider Education (35%) in direct markets (UK, Ireland, Germany, France, and Spain), in addition to providing sales training oversight of EMEA distributor markets.

This role will work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Global Sales Training and Provider Education teams to ensure consistency in training and training resources.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute internal sales training programs for EMEA and UKI to support new hires (IGNITE), product launches, and other learning and development initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Global partners to ensure regional execution of brand training plans.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to structure and develop sales training plans and resources to ensure successful onboarding of new team members from day one.
  • Coordinate with Regional Sales Directors to provide in-field coaching support including account-based selling, prospecting, business planning, and territory management.

  • Coach, mentor, and provide strategic tools and resources to increase training engagement for all SkinHealth Systems products and initiatives.
  • Deliver in-person and virtual training programs for providers and distributors, including HFX, hands-on training, and sales and coaching workshops.
  • Deliver high impact training for aestheticians, physicians, spa managers and other customers as well as Hydrafacial sales professionals.
  • Host large-scale clinical and sales training events, including live demonstrations for groups of 10–100 delegates.
  • Develop, deliver and support in-person and virtual distributor training sessions, including annual kick-off meetings. Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Marketing to support and coach distributor sales and education teams.
  • Directly coach, mentor and support the growth & development of EMEA training team members.
  • Collaborate with local sales team & corporate accounts to host demo days, training days, and focused customer training programs for high profile brands.
  • Work closely with local sales teams to support field training and trade shows.
  • Oversee all duties related to trainings and events (HFX, Academies) including managing stock and supplies, maintaining calendars, and reporting cancellations and no shows for charge to accounts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • A minimum of 3+ years experience in sales training content development and delivery.
  • A minimum of 5+ years sales experience with a track record of success.
  • A minimum of 2+ years regional sales strategy development experience.
  • Strong communication & polished presentation skills to deliver high impact in front of audiences large and small – face to face and on camera.
  • Proven event coordination track record including vendor management.
  • Experience using LMS.
  • Knowledge of effective teaching methods, tools and instructional design methodologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office software, with extensive experience in PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel frequently, including domestic and international travel on average 50%.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred

  • Experience managing a team of 3+ individuals.
  • Strategic annual program planning and budget management.
  • Beauty or aesthetics industry experience.
  • Level 3 Beauty Therapy minimum as will be required to provide live demonstrations.
  • Other language skills.

The base salary range for this role is £75,000 - £90,000 gross annually. Final compensation will be determined based on objective, job-related factors including skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
