Job Description
Extending our transformation and value creation (TVC) services across different sectors is a crucial part of our growth strategy, as we aim to provide clients with comprehensive access to our full range of expert capabilities. As a Senior Manager, you will play a key part in contributing to Analysys Mason’s global growth.
Under the guidance of the Head of Transformation Europe, Oli Barnett, you will work alongside a highly motivated leadership team responsible for the growth of the practice, shaping and mentoring your career and the future of Analysys Mason.
You will manage entire engagement lifecycles, from origination, business development, initial mobilisation, through to final implementation. Acting as a bridge between Analysys Mason and our clients, you will ensure that our value-led outcomes meet our clients’ high standards and expectations.

Our projects are diverse, and your focus could include value creation, operating model design, operational excellence, revenue growth, and cost and margin optimisation.
You will also play a significant role in the career development, coaching and mentoring of internal and client teams, as well as the line management of Transformation Europe team members.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing and delivering major transformation and strategic change programmes across the business-critical technology industries.
- Building strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a day-to-day delivery lead and advisor
- Building attributable client relationships based on the breadth and depth of your industry expertise.
- Managing a diverse range of client engagement types across a range of sectors and geographies.
- Helping to develop intellectual capital around expert topic areas to support client delivery and sales.
- Controlling and optimising resources and costs in the delivery of projects.
- Proactively inspiring high levels of performance from project teams.
- Developing and mentoring project teams and sector members, as well as line-managing team members.

Senior Managers are critical members of our project teams, having a clear impact on project delivery and on developing our teams of experts.
This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, seeking autonomy and the chance to make an impact on a growing team, on leading clients and on the market.
This is why, as a minimum, you need:
- consulting experience, managing and delivering transformation engagements for clients across various business-critical technology sectors such as technology, telecoms, and media sectors
- experience in target operating model design, operational excellence, enterprise value creation, or programme recovery and turnaround.
