Job Description
Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, technology, payments and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. VCA's core client segments include issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, payment enablers and governments.
The Strategy & Commercial Operations (S&O) team plays a key role in shaping and executing VCA Europe’s strategy. The team drives business planning, go-to-market execution, commercial performance, practice growth, pipeline development, leadership reporting, and strategic initiatives that help VCA scale, diversify revenue, and deliver stronger client outcomes across Europe.
The Senior Manager, Transformation and Change Management will drive the delivery and adoption of strategic initiatives across Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) Europe. Working across a portfolio of transformation programmes, this role will lead change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, and capability-building initiatives to embed new ways of working and enhance organisational effectiveness.
Partnering with business leaders, HR, and cross-functional teams, the role will drive adoption and engagement across initiatives spanning digital enablement, knowledge management, talent development, communications, and operating model transformation. The successful candidate will develop and execute change strategies, measure outcomes, and ensure employees are equipped to embrace change.
What is expected of you, day to day:
Change Management & Transformation
- Lead change management activities across strategic programmes and business transformation initiatives.
- Develop and execute change strategies that support the successful implementation and adoption of new processes, tools, platforms and ways of working.
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and develop targeted engagement, communication and adoption plans.
- Partner with programme leads and business stakeholders to identify change risks, dependencies and mitigation strategies.
- Support initiatives spanning communications, knowledge management, talent development, AI adoption, platform transformation and organisational effectiveness.
- Support leaders in driving alignment, engagement and behavioural change across VCA Europe.

Adoption, Engagement & Communications
- Design and deliver engagement and communication strategies that build awareness, understanding and advocacy for strategic initiatives.
- Support the implementation of communication governance, engagement frameworks and best practices that improve organisational alignment and information flow.
- Build and coordinate champion and stakeholder networks to accelerate adoption and encourage peer-to-peer learning.
- Drive awareness and adoption of new platforms, processes, governance models and ways of working.
Learning, Capability Building & Talent Enablement
- Design and deliver enablement programmes, workshops, learning journeys and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Support the rollout of capability frameworks, career development programmes, learning pathways and mentoring initiatives.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to embed new capabilities and behaviours into employee development journeys.
- Develop toolkits, guidance materials and playbooks that support adoption and organisational change.
Digital, AI & Platform Adoption
- Support the deployment and adoption of digital platforms, knowledge ecosystems and AI-enabled capabilities across VCA Europe.
- Partner with technology teams and business stakeholders to drive awareness, capability building and practical application of new solutions.
- Develop targeted adoption initiatives that increase utilisation, proficiency and business impact.
- Measure adoption outcomes and identify opportunities to improve engagement, productivity and effectiveness.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Define and monitor adoption, engagement and business outcome metrics across transformation initiatives.
- Produce dashboards, insights and leadership updates that track progress, risks and opportunities.
- Analyse feedback and performance data to continuously improve programme outcomes.
- Establish sustainable feedback loops and governance mechanisms that support long-term success.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
What we’re after…
- Proven experience leading change management, business transformation, organizational effectiveness or employee engagement initiatives.
- Experience supporting complex transformation programs within matrixed organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders.
- Experience developing communication, engagement and enablement strategies that drive adoption and behavioral change.
- Experience delivering learning, capability-building and organizational development programs.
- Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience using data to measure program effectiveness and adoption.
- Experience supporting digital, technology, platform or AI-enabled transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
- Experience in management consulting, professional services or large-scale corporate environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and emerging digital capabilities is beneficial.
