Job Description
Senior Manager, International Treasury Operations - at a Glance…
The Senior Manager, Int’l Treasury Operations, reporting to the Director, Treasury Operations, will help oversee global Treasury operations out of our London office. This high visibility role works closely with stakeholders (Tax, Accounting, FP&A and Legal) to ensure effective cash management and liquidity on a global scale, as well as execute cash repatriation and intercompany funding (dividends, I/C loans, capital returns, etc).
Key Ingredients:
- Lead cash repatriation, subsidiary funding and financing efforts for international subsidiaries
- Strong focus on Treasury controls, including global bank account management, signer / user entitlement, investments and counterparty risk management
- Help oversee international cash forecasting to ensure appropriate liquidity levels
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure cash management practices align with regulatory requirements and internal controls
- Manage and administer global bank accounts, including cash pools
- Help improve Treasury and working capital practices at international subsidiaries
- Assess and oversee Treasury controls including bank account management, investments and disbursements
- Manage bank relationships with our global credit partners
- Optimize Treasury Management System
- Lead or act in an advisory capacity on strategic projects

Transformation / Projects
- Work on integration of the international zone treasury, mapping process and capabilities, people and role & responsibilities to drive 2021 synergies
- Develop strong partnership across finance organization to bring well rounded solutions to the company
- Work and support any working capital structure for international (AR/AP Financing)
- Coordinate and provide guidance on global treasury issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, international tax projects, new product launches and billing process changes.
Compliance, Policies and Controls
- Ensure adherence to Treasury’s key compliance, documentation and regulatory reporting requirements through the design of policies, authorizations, procedures and strong internal controls.
- Oversight of SOX and policy compliance for Treasury operations activities
- Establish minimum cash policy and monitoring for all BUs
- Bank Authorization signers, users and related entitlements
- Manage and control over $1B in IC Loans
- Be compliant and control Banking compliance for bank accounts 400+ bank accounts, 20+ currencies
Global System and Treasury Processes
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Leverage treasury and banking technology to identify and implement process improvements resulting in automation and efficiencies
- Leverage market best practices to bring continuous improvement to treasury operations
- Provide report and visibility to cash position and cash flow by BU for international zone

Recipe for Success: Apply if this sounds like you!
- BA/BS degree required, Treasury or Finance designations (ACT / CTP, CPA/CIMA or CFA) are desirable
- Experience using a Treasury Management System (preferably Kyriba)
- Extensive knowledge of Treasury payments required
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a strong controls environment, including oversight for several complex countries
- Ability to work in a fast moving and navigate complex business environments, especially in emerging markets
- Ability to influence cross-functional team members while operating under tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel as well as exhibiting strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Must be well organized and detailed orientated
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Low ego, high ownership; willing to roll up sleeves while also operating at a strategic level
