With a global footprint across physical retail, e-commerce, and trusted partners, we put our community at the heart of everything we do. Proudly female-founded and inclusive, we build meaningful relationships with the people who wear and love our jewellery.
We are looking for a Senior Manager, UK Partnerships to join us as we continue this journey and help us shape what the future of modern jewellery can and should be.
Where we need your help
We have all the makings of an iconic brand - beautiful products that are timeless and designed to last, service that exceeds our customers' expectations, a passionate founder that cares deeply about doing what is right, and a loyal and growing community who advocate for us. The Senior Manager, UK Partnerships role is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced, energetic business, to help us continue with our ambitious development and global growth plans, and with our mission to accelerate sustainable change across the jewellery industry.
You will lead and drive all of our UK partner relationships and business — across our online concessions and a growing portfolio of new wholesale accounts (both online and select physical stores). As the key business contact for these partners, you will own the P&L of the UK partnership channel, holding accountability for its commercial performance and growth trajectory. You will strategise and drive the business forward with each partner, managing and optimising the marketing spend and strategy, product presentations and forecasting, while setting the commercial standards and ways of working that govern each account. Beyond delivering against ambitious targets at pace, you will shape the future of the channel — identifying and unlocking new revenue streams, that drive the next phase of growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
