The Opportunity

Join one of the fastest-growing Global Mobility Tax teams in the market and play a key role in shaping its future. As a Senior Manager in our UK/US Global Mobility Tax team, you'll work with a diverse portfolio of dynamic, high-growth businesses and internationally mobile employees, helping clients navigate complex cross-border tax challenges while delivering commercially focused advice.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that has achieved sustained double-digit growth and continues to invest heavily in its people, technology, and advisory capabilities. What You'll Be Doing

As a trusted advisor to your clients, you'll combine technical excellence with commercial insight to help organisations manage the tax implications of an increasingly global workforce. You will:

  • Manage a portfolio of Global Mobility clients, with a focus on fast-growth and privately owned businesses.
  • Build strong, long-lasting client relationships and become a trusted advisor on UK and US mobility matters.
  • Lead the delivery of both compliance and advisory services across a broad range of mobility issues.
  • Partner with colleagues across EY's international network to deliver seamless, cross-border solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and support business development initiatives.
  • Lead complex advisory projects, bringing innovative thinking and practical solutions to clients.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members, helping them achieve their career goals.
  • Contribute to the strategic growth and success of the wider Global Mobility practice.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in experienced Global Mobility professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional client service and excited by the opportunity to build something.

You'll likely have:

  • Strong UK and US mobility tax advisory experience, including managing complex cross-border tax matters.
  • Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders, including executives and C-suite leaders.
  • A strong track record of managing client portfolios and leading advisory engagements.
  • Experience reviewing complex UK and US Federal and State tax returns.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • The ability to translate technical tax concepts into practical, commercially focused advice.
  • A collaborative leadership style and a passion for developing people.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for identifying new opportunities.
  • ATT qualification and a recognised US tax qualification (EA or CPA).
  • Experience operating at Senior Manager level within Global Mobility Tax, ideally within professional services.
