Build the SEC Reporting Function of a Future Public Company
An exceptional opportunity to join a rapidly scaling AI infrastructure company as it prepares for a US IPO.
Backed by leading global investors and operating across Europe and North America, this business is building the critical infrastructure powering the next generation of AI. As the company transitions towards becoming a US-listed public company, it is seeking an experienced SEC Reporting professional to establish and lead its external reporting capability.
You will own SEC reporting and external financial reporting from the ground up, playing a key role in IPO readiness, S-1 preparation and the development of a best-in-class reporting function. Working directly with senior leadership, you will help build the processes, controls and reporting infrastructure required for a successful public company journey.
The Role
As Senior Manager, US SEC Reporting, you will take ownership of SEC filings, US GAAP financial reporting and group consolidation for an international business. You will operate as the reporting lead in a highly visible position with significant exposure to executive stakeholders, auditors and external advisers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
