A Senior Valuations Role With Genuine Room to Progress

Join a specialist valuation practice where you’ll lead complex PPA and financial reporting work, work closely with senior leadership, and take on a visible role in the continued development of the team. For an established Manager ready to step up, or a Senior Manager looking for greater influence, this offers clear scope to build your profile and progress.

Package / Benefits

  • Strong package reflecting your experience and level
  • Clear progression opportunities within an evolving specialist practice
  • Direct exposure to Partners, Directors, and senior client stakeholders
  • Broad valuation work across varied clients and engagement types

Why This Business

Join an established multi-disciplinary advisory, tax, and audit firm with a strong UK presence and the reach of an international network.

Its valuation practice advises SMEs through to multinational organizations across financial reporting, PPA, share schemes, and wider commercial requirements. Rather than operating within a narrow specialism, you’ll gain broad exposure to different clients, sectors, and valuation challenges while becoming a key senior member of a close-knit team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
