About Humanoid
Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – WILP to build and lead Humanoid’s global Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics and Planning function across London, Boston and Vancouver. This is a hands-on build role in a fast-moving prototype and NPI environment, scaling towards production. The role reports to the Senior Director, Supply Chain Management.
What You'll Do
Strategy and Leadership
- Define the WILP strategy and roadmap, aligned with company strategy and the Senior Director, Supply Chain Management.
- Build a lean operating model, governance, KPIs and cadence for warehouse, inventory, logistics and planning that works in a fast-changing NPI environment and scales as volumes grow.
- Lead, coach and develop the WILP team across sites, building capability and hiring as the function grows.
- Support the WILP teams across regional sites.
- Set OKRs, KPIs, and performance expectations.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, curious and continuous-improvement culture.
- Decisive and data driven, able to make priority calls under pressure.
- Confident communicator with customers and executives, keeps promises and raises risks early.
- This role operates in a high-complexity robotics supply chain with multi-tier suppliers, long lead times, export controls and frequent engineering change.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory standards across all WILP operations.
- Act as deputy for the Senior Director, Supply Chain Management when required.
Planning and Order Fulfilment
- Build a pragmatic planning and scheduling process suited to NPI and prototype builds, evolving towards make to order, assemble to order and configure to order flows as volumes ramp.
- Run daily and weekly tier meetings to manage exceptions, shortages, and expedites, ensuring clear root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Lead the available to promise process, including project slotting and allocations during shortages.
- Ensure export compliance, documentation accuracy and clean handover to carriers and customs partners.
- Be part of exploring and selecting MRP/ERP and planning systems: define requirements and a phased roadmap, while keeping planning effective on lightweight tools in the meantime.
- Work with Demand and Production Planning, Material Planning and Engineering to keep build plans, material availability and change cycles aligned.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
