Role Overview
Victoria Beckham Beauty is seeking a Senior Manager, Wholesale Experience Marketing, International to develop and execute a wholesale experience strategy across international retailers’ digital and brick & mortar channels that drives awareness, builds brand equity, and delivers excellent customer experience that maximises sales.
This individual will report to our CMO, and this will be a hybrid role (in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) based out of London.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, propose, and execute integrated retail marketing strategies for all international markets (EMEA, APAC, and distributor markets), ensuring alignment with Victoria Beckham Beauty's global brand strategy, commercial priorities, and regional business objectives.
- Partner closely with the Director of Wholesale Experience Marketing, Americas as the global retail marketing counterpart to develop a cohesive worldwide retail marketing vision, sharing best practices, aligning on global campaigns, and ensuring consistent execution while allowing for regional market nuances.
- Lead the annual international retail marketing calendar, balancing priority Tier A launches with ongoing brand-building initiatives and commercial moments, ensuring plans are delivered on time and within budget.
- In partnership with Regional Sales and Wholesale teams, develop and execute retailer-specific marketing plans, maximizing co-op investments and prioritizing high-ROI activations across international markets.
- Create and deliver best-in-class omnichannel retail campaigns and brand activations for international wholesale partners, including in-store experiences, visual merchandising, retailer.com, CRM, social media, events, and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with Creative and Brand teams to localize and deliver global campaign assets, ensuring all creative meets retailer specifications while maintaining brand consistency across international markets.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that elevate the customer experience and ensure consistent execution of Victoria Beckham Beauty brand standards across all international retail environments.
- Lead planogram development and assortment merchandising by retailer and counter format for all international launches, updates, and permanent assortment changes.
- Manage international retail design projects, including new counters, shop-in-shops, pop-ups, and store renovations, partnering with Retail Design, Visual Merchandising, and regional stakeholders to deliver best-in-class execution.
- Own the international retail marketing budget, including animations, visual merchandising, and retail fixtures, ensuring disciplined investment, effective resource allocation, ROI measurement, and ongoing budget tracking.
- Act as the primary retail marketing partner for international commercial teams, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Creative, Product Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure successful execution of global initiatives.

Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field a plus
- 8+ years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the luxury beauty industry.
- High level of autonomy and entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable with a wide scope of influence, practiced in collaborating and gaining buy-in from stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing trade marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, intensive environment and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
