Job Description

Are you passionate about strategic workforce planning and using analytics to shape business decisions? Do you enjoy turning complex data into actionable insights?

Join our People Planning & Analytics team and help shape how the LEGO Group plans for the workforce of the future.

Note: The level of this position is Senior Manager (individual contributor).

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic workforce planning and headcount forecasting, providing data-driven insights that enable better workforce decisions.
  • Own and continuously improve the headcount planning process, driving automation, data quality and operational excellence through tools such as Power BI, Power Automate and other analytics solutions.
  • Partner closely with HR, Finance, Rewards and business leaders to translate workforce data into meaningful insights and recommendations that influence strategic decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes, improving governance and embedding scalable workforce planning practices.
  • Build strong relationships across the business, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and credible thought partner on workforce planning and analytics.
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs while continuously identifying opportunities to improve the way we work.

Do You Have What It Takes?

  • Several years of relevant experience within strategic workforce planning in a complex global organisation.
  • Advanced workforce planning, forecasting and analytics expertise, with the ability to translate workforce data into business insights.
  • Proficient analytical skills with experience using Power BI, advanced Excel and data visualisation tools to tell compelling stories with data.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders, navigating complexity and driving alignment.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
  • Curious, collaborative and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset and the confidence to challenge existing ways of working.
  • Experience working with cloud-based HR systems would be an advantage.
