Senior Manager / AD - Procurement Advisory & Strategy Team
Our Management Consultancy client based in London, is currently looking to hire a Senior Manager / AD to their Procurement Advisory & Strategy Team. The company is looking to expand quickly in the EU and has chosen London as a key place to generate that growth. The role is flexible, with the candidate's choice typically the deciding factor of how much office time you'd like to do.
Key Requirements:
- Experience operating within the Management Consultancy sector
- Experience in Procurement Advisory or Strategy team
- Awareness of procurement delivery metrics
- Delivery of programmes in the past
- Savvy approach and understanding of business development within Consulting

Role Description:
- Responsible for providing expert guidance to senior leaders at client organisations
- Manage an assigned portfolio of existing client relationships together with the assigned account manager
- Deliver compelling insight that makes our members long-term clients
- Be a trusted advisor, able to coach procurement leaders and their direct reports on key issues related to delivering business value
- Lead formal and informal briefings to client companies, virtually and in person, as part of small and larger groups, to deliver webcasts and podcasts

Experience Required:
- Procurement transformation/change and delivery and traditional consulting experience, comprising of transformation, strategy, technology, excellence roles
- Exposure or experience to Category Management, Sourcing & Supplier/Subscription Management
- Experience of operating within the Private Sector (Pharma, Automotive, Industrial, Energy & Utilities & Supply Chain)
- 10+ years experience
Company Package:
- Circa £100,000 - £125,000 per year depending on grade & experience
- 15% bonus based on performance
- 25 days annual leave
