Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Package Consultant specializing in SAP HANA SCM PM, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and configuring SAP S/4HANA-based Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions for clients. Your expertise in SAP S/4HANA EAM will enable you to help clients optimize their plant maintenance operations, improve equipment reliability, and reduce downtime.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Design and Implement Solutions: Design and implement SAP S/4HANA EAM solutions that meet clients' business requirements, enabling them to optimize plant maintenance operations and improve equipment reliability.
- Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and design tailored solutions using SAP S/4HANA EAM applications.
- Configure SAP S/4HANA EAM: Configure SAP S/4HANA EAM applications to deliver solutions that meet clients' specific requirements and drive business value.
- Drive Business Outcomes: Help clients achieve business outcomes such as reduced downtime, improved equipment reliability, and optimized plant maintenance operations through effective solution delivery.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Deep Expertise in SAP S/4HANA EAM: Proven experience in designing, implementing, and configuring SAP S/4HANA-based Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions, with a strong understanding of how to optimize plant maintenance operations and improve equipment reliability.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM Applications: In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EAM applications, including configuration and implementation to meet specific client requirements and drive business value.
- Solution Design and Implementation: Experience in designing and implementing solutions that meet clients' business requirements, with a focus on delivering tangible business outcomes such as reduced downtime and improved equipment reliability.
- Client Collaboration and Requirements Gathering: Proven ability to work closely with clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and design tailored solutions using SAP S/4HANA EAM applications.
- Business Outcome Delivery: Experience in helping clients achieve business outcomes through effective solution delivery, with a focus on driving value and results through SAP S/4HANA EAM solutions.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Advanced SAP S/4HANA Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, data models, and integration with other SAP modules, enabling the design of comprehensive EAM solutions.
- Industry-Specific EAM Expertise: Familiarity with industry-specific EAM best practices and standards, allowing for tailored solution design and implementation that meets clients' unique needs.
- Data Analytics and Reporting: Experience with data analytics and reporting tools in SAP S/4HANA EAM, facilitating the creation of insightful reports and dashboards that drive business decision-making.
