What we're looking for:
- A UK based Consultant
- Strong working knowledge of SAP GRC (Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management)
- Experience with Identity & Access Management, ideally with exposure to modern IGA platforms
- Solid grounding in SAP Security & Authorisations, including the PFCG/SU24 authorisation concept
- Comfort with compliance, audit, and Segregation of Duties principles
- Practical experience in role administration, risk analysis, risk simulation, remediation and mitigation via GRC
- Broader SAP functional or technical exposure is a plus
- Proven project management skills, able to own a workstream's plan, milestones, and dependencies, and keep delivery on track without close supervision
- Technical leadership experience, comfortable guiding junior consultants, setting technical direction on a workstream, and acting as the escalation point for complex issues
- The ability to run client meetings and workshops confidently, and produce clear documentation independently
- A collaborative approach, comfortable coordinating with other consultants, technical delivery teams, and third-party partners on shared programmes
