Senior Manufacturing Operator
Function Description
We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Operator to support daily production activities and lead operational excellence within a manufacturing environment. The role combines hands-on production responsibilities with team leadership, ensuring targets for safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency are consistently achieved.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate production activities during assigned shifts.
- Support the training and development of operators on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Monitor performance and drive achievement of production targets.
- Lead shift handovers and daily team meetings.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues using root cause analysis.
- Promote effective communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Support the creation of a positive, engaged, and accountable team culture.

- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Proactive, hands-on approach and ability to lead by example.
