Job Overview:
Evaluation and development of new SiC technologies, device design, and process integration. Responsible for new product introduction and mass production schedule management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluation and development of new SiC technologies, device design, and process integration.
- Definition of electrical specifications, measurement, and analysis.
- Project execution and cross-functional coordination with supporting teams.
- New product tape-out and introduction to manufacturing.
- Yield improvement and process flow simplification.
